- Own regional revenue, gross margin, project performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional business plans aligned with multi-family growth priorities.
- Develop and manage annual sales forecasts and operating budgets.
- Establish measurable KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead and execute a regional growth strategy to expand market share within the multi-family segment.
- Develop, mentor, and elevate high-performing sales teams.
- Strengthen executive-level relationships with developers, architects, general contractors, and consultants.
- Drive CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management.
- Oversee quoting accuracy, contract execution, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation.
- Provide executive oversight across the full project lifecycle — from contract award through completion and service.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between sales, estimating, operations, and installation teams.
- Support contract negotiations, scope management, and pricing strategies that protect margin.
- Align installation and service capacity with sales growth to maintain delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex customer or operational matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve both business and personal growth objectives.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable to results.
- Foster a culture grounded in safety, accountability, collaboration, and performance.
- Champion employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development across the division.
- 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience across sales, operations, project management, or general management within complex, project-based environments.
- Proven strategic leadership capability — able to translate corporate direction into clear, executable plans that drive measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and sustained profitability.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization, and performance analysis. Confident in using data and KPIs to guide decision-making and ensure accountability.
- Deep expertise in contract administration, pricing strategy, negotiation, and risk management, with the ability to balance growth objectives with disciplined operational execution.
- Experience within construction, windows and doors, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries preferred; multi-family or large-scale construction project leadership considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complexity — aligning sales, estimating, operations, and service to deliver seamless project execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Executive-level relationship builder with the ability to influence developers, architects, general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships.
- Proven people leadership strength, including building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams while establishing clear performance metrics and a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Strong communication and influence skills, capable of engaging teams at all levels of the organization and fostering collaboration across functions.
- Solid knowledge of health & safety systems, regulatory compliance, and operational governance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; MBA considered an asset.
