- Associate to have Scrum Master experience for a minimum of 8 years.
- Should have working experience with at least 10 team members in a corresponding Agile team.
- Also, he/she should have experience representing the team in Scrum of Scrums.
- Should have experience handling teams with both onsite and offshore team members.
- Should be able to coordinate well with the Product Owner and other Agile team members on the following tasks:
- Facilitate and provide support to the team in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning meetings, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Able to support the team in preparing user stories from epics.
- Ensure the team is following the Scrum framework, values, and Agile practices.
- Mentor and motivate teams to improve processes.
- Facilitate Agile meetings and work towards eliminating impediments, if any.
- Help the team in decision-making scenarios.
- Should have hands-on experience using GenAI capabilities in day-to-day work and encourage the team to use the same.
- Should have experience capturing and reporting GenAI savings to required stakeholders.
- Should have a good understanding of the end-to-end flow of the DevOps process.
