- Assist in the creation, production, implementation and distribution of:
- Print marketing materials; including onsite branding elements, signage and swag for ONCD events
- Digital marketing materials; including social media graphics, website blogs and resources, updating digital assets and templates
- Social Content Creation; including post creation and management on all social media channels particularly as it relates to the Ontario Culture Days Festival, Festival Hubs, and Creatives in Residence.
- Website Content Management; editing and maintaining website pages including Provincial Festival Hubs and Creatives in Residence pages on Ontario Culture Days’ website
- Templates, including developing, editing, updating, and using templates where applicable
- Coordination in creating presentation materials, supporting documentation, and other deliverables related to revenue generation. This includes:
- Generation of end-of-year reports during the post-festival season, including creation of supporting graphics, and image collection.
- Data collection of marketing analytics and metrics for reporting, ensuring all information is compliant with funding outlines
- Updating design and branding for presentations
- Assist in supporting mockups, drawings, and other deliverables for artistic programming commissions.
- Assisting with communications tasks, including gathering images and coordinating and reviewing written content such as program descriptions, artist statements, event listings, and exhibition materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assisting in the coordination of Volunteers for Key Events during the 2026 festival.
- Documenting and archiving arts, culture, and heritage activities across the province.
- In support of other colleagues, assist in on-the-ground festival coordination, including Festival opening events, Creatives in Residence event support, and distribution of marketing materials
- Supporting the planning and on-site execution of select Ontario Culture Days events, including but not limited to venue coordination, set-up and tear-down, and liaising with artists, vendors, and volunteers.
- Assisting with tracking event schedules, logistics, and programming timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating on-site signage and branding materials to maintain a consistent and welcoming festival presence.
- Helping to collect attendee feedback, capture event documentation (photos, videos, testimonials), and contribute to post-event reporting and analysis.
- Managing and updating event logistics spreadsheets, checklists, and inventories.
- Supporting the organization of internal planning meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items related to festival execution.

- Collecting and reviewing shared content, identifying issues across teams, partners, or platforms, and resolving them promptly.
