- Prepare client communications, including operational and product notices, urgent updates, and scheduled announcements.
- Composes product launch communication and manage distribution to relevant audiences.
- Work with SMEs, Product Managers, and Implementation Managers to create content for product launches.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Management, Client Support and Application Support teams to deliver updates through appropriate channels (email, in-app) in a timely manner.
- Develop materials aligned with FCC brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and professionalism.
- Create and refine marketing assets in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Develop product sheets (internal and external) and informational materials to support product and feature releases.
- Prepare and update presentations and reports as required.
- Provide administrative support for marketing vendors, including invoice and expense processing.
- Coordinate schedules for speaking engagements with speaker resources and investment staff.
- Maintain and enhance the Marketing & Communications SharePoint calendar.
- Identify opportunities for improved reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
- Assist in producing reports, process maps, and templates to support FCC teams.
- Design and maintain landing pages for client communications and product updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to execute client, prospect, and industry events.
- Prepare event materials, including presentations, invitations, marketing kits, and registration pages.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, collateral, and promotional items.
- Follow established data governance, privacy, and compliance procedures, including proper list handling, permission management, and secure sharing practices.
- Handle client and prospect data responsibly, ensuring accuracy and proper use within Salesforce, Marketo, and related marketing systems.
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Product, Marketing/Communications role required
- Experience managing or operating projects from start to finish across multiple functions, departments, and stakeholders in a SaaS environment required
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Ability to produce ongoing communications content
- Experience creating video content for marketing campaigns and social media initiatives, with a focus on clear messaging and brand consistency
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- B.S or B.A degree in Marketing and/or Communications is preferred
- PMP/CSC certifications are an asset
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to build trusting and professional relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborative, flexible and agile team player with strong consulting skills and client management orientation
- Demonstrated ability to produce ongoing product marketing communications content
- Ability to organize and track multiple projects while working with cross functional stakeholders in a SaaS/agile environment
- Analytical mind-set with focus on data-driven decision making
- Experience developing clear, audience appropriate marketing and communications content for internal and external use, including guides, reference materials, and branded collateral.
- Demonstrated ability to support marketing events, including development of promotional, onsite, and post event materials
- Understanding of digital applications and foundational technical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency of created material and information provided to clients
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $85,000 to $107,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
