- Negotiate and close sales with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- 5+ years of sales experience in the mining industry (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience selling heavy equipment components, systems, or services
- Valid passport and ability to travel as needed
