We are looking for an experienced Rigger to help bring motion to our characters through realistic deformation and intuitive rigs. Taking inspiration from real world reference to help develop a new IP. The Rigger will report to the Producer.What you will be doing:Skin and rig various human characters and creaturesUnderstand the development team’s technical constraintsCollaborate with art and animation teams to understand the game vision and skinning and rigging implications.Set and refine character parameters and simulation in the engineCollaborate with character modelers to troubleshoot models when need beBalance between artistic aspects and technical constraints with the help of technical directorsIterate based on director feedbackWhat you must have:3+ year of game industry experience as a Character Rigger/Skinner;Must have participated in at least one full AAA video game production on current consolesGood understanding of Human Anatomy and facial expression is an assetUnderstanding of animation principlesA highly collaborative, creative, and innovative spiritStrong communication, self-management, and organizational skillsNice to have:Experience working with Unreal.Knowledge of multiplayer game constraints.Knowledge of customization in gamesKnowledge of Maya is an assetA demo reel and online portfolio that demonstrates exceptional skills creating motion controls for animation, complex deformation and skinning of body and face of characters and creatures.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
