About Our ClientOur client located in Mississauga is seeking to add an Accounting Manager to their team which operates in a hybrid work model. In this role you will provide support and guidance to the accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in growing, fast-paced environments!Responsibilities

Assists in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and sales reports, as well as KPIs and ad-hoc analyses
Prepare and analyze variance reports between actuals, forecast and budget.
Internal & External Audits
Financial Reporting
Assist with the integration/implementation of new systems

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting Commerce, Business, or other relevant discipline
3-5 years of full cycle accounting and FP&A experience
Knowledge of ERP Systems (NetSuite an asset)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
