- Directly oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to optimize workflows and productivity
- Develop and maintain office systems, including inventory management, technology functionality, and HR practices
- Identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures, creating new guidelines to ensure consistent office practices
- Facilitate communication across teams, creating a collaborative and well-organized workplace.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, arranging training sessions, and organizing team-building events.
- Promote and enforce office policies while fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Address operational challenges, including facility-related issues, and liaise with building management when necessary.
- Coordinate with external partners, distributors, and international clients as needed
- 5+ years experience as an Office Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- Compensation based on experience $80,000 - $100,000

- 3 weeks vacation
