- Develop and execute an AI and digital innovation roadmap aligned with operational objectives and project delivery requirements
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies-including AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, IoT, and automation-to enhance construction operations and systems integration
- Establish and maintain data governance standards to enable reliable, secure, and scalable operational analytics
- Support the preparation, cleanup, and structuring of existing data to ensure it is suitable for training and fine-tuning AI models
- Design, build, and deploy Copilot and AI agents to support document review, knowledge management, and solution development workflows
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and train AI models that generate standardized work instructions based on approved templates and best practices
- Design and implement predictive maintenance and performance monitoring solutions to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Project Teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing project processes and platforms (e.g., BIM, ERP, CCM, SharePoint)
- Partner with Operations, Project Management, and IT teams to identify operational pain points and deliver scalable, value-driven digital solutions
- Provide training and change management support to ensure successful adoption and sustained use of new technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, DataScience, or related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Proven track record of implementing AI or automation solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data analytics, and integration with other systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts into operational benefits
- Demonstrated analytical & adaptive thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
