- Manage Workday Production, Sandbox, and Preview Environments
- Manage security, roles, access, data privacy, and audits
- Configure and maintain business processes including general ledger, cost centers, financial reporting, and controls
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics
- Support data loads, validation, and reconciliation
- Support integrations between Workday and other systems
- Support Workday troubleshooting, releases, testing, and system upgrades
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday administration experience in Finance; HCM or Procurement experience is a plus.
- Solid practical knowledge in Workday configuration, security, reporting, and API-based integrations
- Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills
- Intermediate SQL experience for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Workday certifications (Financial Management, Integrations, HCM, Procurement)
- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or formal change management processes
- Power BI or Databricks experience or strong interest
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Make decisions and recommendations requiring analysis and interpretation within established procedures.
- Generally comfortable working conditions with lifting and onsite installations.
- Moderate visual concentration in use of video display terminal.
