- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the high-level needs of companies HR department
- Develop detailed documentation of functional requirements and use cases for the new HR system
- Collaborate with companies HR, IT and Procurement teams to gather insights, gather and clarify requirements, clear project goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Draft a structured SOW that will be used as a foundational document for the procurement of the HRMS
- Collaborate with applicable stakeholders and lead the drafting of the Project Charter document, based on companies Project Management Framework and Project Charter Template
- Strong track record of creating SOWs for new HRMS platforms
- Communicate effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks responsibly and efficiently
- Strong experience with both Business Analysis and Technical Writing activities
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
- Duration: 2.5-month contract
- Work Environment: Hybrid
