- Develop and execute a global growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Own the demand generation funnel, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and conversion optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, channel specialists, and analysts.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns and optimize performance across geographies.
- Oversee marketing operations, attribution modeling, and performance reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets across channels and regions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, marketing technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling global demand generation programs in SaaS or technology environments.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience in the accounting or audit industry is a plus but not required.
