- Define and lead the global product marketing strategy aligned to Element’s enterprise strategy and growth priorities.
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks grounded in client insight and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Product and Strategy teams to shape portfolio architecture, packaging, pricing support, and roadmap communication.
- Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans spanning internal readiness, client communication, sales enablement, and marketing activation.
- Partner with Commercial leadership to equip teams with tools, training, and value propositions to drive success.
- Oversee product lifecycle marketing from launch through maturity and optimization.
- Monitor portfolio performance and competitive dynamics, recommending strategic pivots where needed.
- Lead and develop a global team of product marketing professionals.
- Establish global product marketing standards, frameworks, and positioning architecture across all regions.
- 15+ years of progressive product marketing leadership experience within complex B2B or enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex solutions into differentiated positioning and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing pricing, packaging, portfolio strategy, and revenue performance.
- Exceptional storytelling capability with the ability to simplify complex or technical subject matter.
- Track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing product marketing organizations.
- Executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership across global organizations.
- Experience in asset-intensive, financial services, mobility, or other regulated industries.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity with a disciplined leadership style.
- Experience working across Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations in global organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue growth and market share expansion.
