- Own net-new revenue generation for AdParlor, from outbound prospecting through deal close and post-sale expansion
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of ICP-aligned mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including discovery, needs assessment, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and close
- Secure multi-six- and seven-figure influencer and creator performance budgets
- Serve as AdParlor’s senior sales leader and a core contributor to SLT planning and decision-making
- Own pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting with accuracy and discipline in HubSpot
- Establish and evolve AdParlor’s sales motion, including qualification frameworks, deal stages, and performance metrics
- Act as a player/coach: carry your own book of business while mentoring and supporting a BDR
- Help define the structure, timing, and profile for future sales hires
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs, Directors), guiding them through modern influencer and performance-based creator strategies
- Translate complex creator programs into clear business outcomes tied to ROI, efficiency, and scale
- Lead bespoke RFP responses, pitch decks, and executive presentations
- Represent AdParlor at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetings
- Partner closely with Marketing on positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with Strategy, Account, and Operations teams to ensure strong client handoffs and long-term success
- Provide market and client feedback to inform service innovation, pricing models, and creator performance offerings
- 8+ years of senior sales experience in influencer marketing is required.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise brands
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing sales cycles, including performance-based and outcome-driven models
- Experience operating as a senior individual contributor while also mentoring or managing more junior sales talent
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional executive-level communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes
- Paid social or broader performance media experience is a plus.
- You will own the sales function end-to-end, not inherit an existing team or playbook
- You will help define how AdParlor sells—its positioning, process, and go-to-market motion
- You will have direct influence on revenue strategy, pipeline forecasting, and future team growth
