Residing in the heart of Pointe St Charles in Montreal, we are a bustling and warm family unit of 4 with two adorable daughters, who are almost 3 and 1 years old respectively. We are seeking a caring, reliable and professional individual who could warmly fit into our family dynamic as a part-time nanny and family helper. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship that will provide our little ones with a sense of stability and continuity in their growing years. The position requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday between 3pm to 7-8pm. Occasionally, there could be an extension of work hours during daycare days off or a parent's business trip. As our part-time family helper, we will look upon you to: - Shower our children with love and care ! - Pick up our children from their daycare, which is about an eight-minute walk away. - Participate and assist in night / bedtime routines whenever a parent is away due to work commitments, approximately 1-2 nights a week. - Delight us with your culinary skills by planning and preparing four family dinners weekly along with some snacks. - Assist with light household chores such as tidying common areas, light cleaning and organizing, washing dishes and doing laundry. Qualifications that we are seeking are: - Past experience working with infants and toddlers. - Punctuality, reliability and a nurturing caregiving approach. - Multitasking capabilities to balance childcare with light household chores efficiently. - A commendable skill level in cooking.
