- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy across brands, aligning with corporate growth goals and market trends.
- Define portfolio-level KPIs to track brand health, innovation velocity, and go-to-market efficiency.
- Lead brand teams, creative production, social/content, insights, and analytics with operational and strategic oversight.
- Own marketing budget at the portfolio level, optimizing spend across digital, experiential, and retail activations.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team focused on creativity, agility, and accountability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee marketing research, performance dashboards, and competitive intelligence for strategic guidance.
- Establish reporting cadence and operating model between brand, performance, and creative.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in marketing within CPG, wellness, nutrition, or functional food & beverage sectors.
- Strong ability to set strategic plans and lead high-functioning teams through planning, production, execution and measurement.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and brand equity via integrated marketing.
- Experience with agency/vendor management and omnichannel execution.
- Hands-on experience leveraging in AI tools, marketing platforms, and analytics software.
