This role plays a critical part in driving forecast accuracy, identifying revenue risks and opportunities, and equipping Sales Leadership with actionable insights.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and a passion for turning data into clear, compelling recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesFunnel & Pipeline ManagementMonitor and analyze global pipeline health, conversion rates, and stage velocityIdentify gaps, risks, and upside opportunities within the funnelPartner with Sales leaders to improve pipeline hygiene and inspection rigorSupport forecast reviews with data-backed insightsReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, build and maintain dashboards across CRM and BI platformsBuild standardized reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviewsAutomate recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalabilityEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systemsWork with Analytics team to ensure Strategic team has robust global reportingPerformance AnalyticsAnalyze seller productivity, attainment trends, and coverage modelsProvide insights into win rates, deal cycles, and account penetrationSupport QBRs by providing analytics and trend dataSupport ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and executive requestsTranslate complex datasets into clear business narrativesWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-confidence pipeline visibility and improved forecast accuracyExecutive-ready dashboards that drive decision-makingReduced manual reporting and increased automationClear, actionable insights that improve sales performanceQualifications5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and identify trendsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (required)Experience building dashboards in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)Solid understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, and funnel metricsExperience automating recurring reporting and improving data qualityDetail-oriented with strong process disciplineBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field requiredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
