You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.The Channel Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data and technology to support the channel sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions.ResponsibilitiesChannel Sales StrategyParticipates in the annual channel sales planning process for the Americas region (e.g., partner segmentation, territory design, quota setting, account planning, etc.)Contributes to the development of channel sales growth strategies within partner verticals and territoriesWorks with senior management to identify and prioritize key channel initiatives across partner types (distributors, resellers, MSPs, GSIs, TSDs)Program Support/ImplementationProvides support on cross-functional projects targeted at improving channel funnel growth and sales productivityAnalyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvementsConducts data analysis to support Channel Sales leadership and collaborates frequently with Partner Sales ManagersReporting and AnalyticsCollects, validates and organizes data to support channel-specific reporting and dashboard productionPerforms modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options and guide management decision-makingProcess ImprovementExecutes global channel or cross-department process improvementsIdentifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing channel sales operations processesWorks independently with other team members and other departments (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on system integration/upgrade projectsLeads projects and implementationSupports UAT for processes and systems at the regional level, and provides feedback and suggestions representing the channel sales organizationSales Operations SupportSupports the channel sales organization in Sales Operations related mattersInvestigates issue escalationsProvides system training to Channel Sales Teams as requiredEnsures the smooth running of established channel sales processesQualifications5+ years experience preferredBachelor's degree requiredThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
