- Influence the design and continuous improvement of People and Talent programs, contributing your deep understanding of client needs and priorities
- Support business teams to execute People Programs such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Compensation
- Promote, educate, and support our Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
- Facilitate conflict resolution and conduct investigations as needed in a practical, expedient, and discreet manner
- Experienced partner and coach to leaders, providing strategic input, advice and roll-up-your-sleeves help in all things People & Culture at every level in the company
