
Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

- Hours and Work Location - 40hrs a week; hybrid work from home, must be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to establish a forecasting & planning hiring framework.
- Use the tools provided to gather talent data & insights and leverage the data to develop targeted talent attraction & engagement strategies.
- Provide full-cycle Talent Acquisition support to corporate shared service functions. This includes market research, thorough intake meetings, resource planning, sourcing, screening/assessment, offer management and new hire processing.
- Establish reporting & scorecards to improve tracking and visibility of talent trends.
- Collaborate with and provide overflow Talent Acquisition support as needed.
- Build targeted Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) talent strategies and community partnerships to deliver on hiring objectives.
- Support National Talent Acquisition projects and improvement opportunities.
- Optimize system usage and compliance with established TA and HR processes and standards.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, along with experience partnering with senior and executive-level leadership, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Previous experience in direct sourcing and leveraging multiple channels to find top candidates is required.
- Proficiency in leveraging large Applicant Tracking Systems for activity management and reporting TA KPIs (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Previous experience with campus recruitment-related programs preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to quickly build and maintain strong working relationships with the team, hiring managers and the business.
- Able to manage multiple projects and hiring processes at one time.
