- Coordinate client onboarding, including initiating Conflict of Interest checks in accordance with firm policies
- Maintain accurate client data within OneSource CRM and Intapp
- Prepare and assemble engagement letters and coordinate the internal review and approval process
- Track engagement letter execution and perform follow-ups to support timely completion
- Support billing processes including invoice preparation and processing
- Assist with WIP monitoring, billing reviews, and combined billings across service lines
- Generate Workday reports to support A/R tracking and collections follow-up
- Maintain accurate billing documentation in accordance with firm standards
- Assemble U.S. corporate tax returns and extensions in accordance with internal procedures
- Prepare client-ready deliverables and format correspondence, proposals, and reports to professional standards
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partners and the US Corporate Tax team locally and nationally
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling logistics, and engagement deadlines
- Support document management, workflow tracking, and proposal preparation

- 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services or large corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, and strong English is considered an asset
- Experience supporting senior-level professionals in a structured, deadline-driven setting
- Understanding of billing processes, WIP management, and A/R coordination
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with OneSource CRM, Workday, and AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is considered an asset
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods
