Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team with daily office activities;
- Coordinating various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
- Preparing and reviewing documents and communications;
- Ensuring the preparation, dispatch, and follow-up of documents;
- Following up with various stakeholders;
- Manage the calendar and handle various bookings.
- Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities;
- Experience in a professional services environment is an asset;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent command of spoken and written French, and professional proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently within a team.
