Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the team in the daily operations of the office;
  • Ensuring the monitoring and updating of collections and documentary resources;
  • Managing the inventory of office supplies;
  • Preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and communications;
  • Reproducing, sorting, and assembling various documents.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
