- Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate cost-effective supplier agreements
- Manage import, customs, and transportation activities for timely product delivery
- Monitor warehouse operations and optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain plans with business goals
- Track KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and industry standards
- Evaluate and manage supplier relationships to support growth and innovation
- 35 years of supply chain management experience
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory planning
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with international supply chain operations and customs compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus
- CCS designation and experience with CBSAs CARM Client Portal are assets
- The discussed salary range is $75,000 $85,000 depending on experience
