- Participate in and adhere to Site and Quality G-Matrix plans.
- Assist in the implementation of COGQ tools for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Series Production. Experienced with APQP and PPAP tools is preferred.
- Collaborate with Plant staff to ensure quality systems meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to Customer complaints, Production, and Supplier issues using problem-solving tools and techniques (RCCM, 8D, CAPA, CARs, etc.).
- Strong participation and adherence in EOS (EnerSys Operating System) activities.
- Experience with Utilizing ERP and PLM systems such as SAP, Syteline, PIT, and PTC Windchill.
- Provide input and reporting for Staff and QA meetings and reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
⦁ Strong risk assessment, problem identification and problem-solving skills.
⦁ Experience with Mechanical and Electrical assembly and test techniques.
⦁ Experience with Power Electronics, PCBa and IPC standards is required.
⦁ Ability to understand EnerSys roles, responsibilities, departments including Sales, Service, Purchasing, Engineering, Customers and Suppliers.
⦁ Strong auditing, prioritization, and communication skills.
⦁ Must be a problem solver, self-starter able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
⦁ Must be able to interface with all levels of personnel including Management, customers, and auditors.
⦁ Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple, changing priorities.
⦁ Proactive approach towards problem-solving to improve the KPI(s) related to the Quality Department.
⦁ Relative experience in design or manufacturing environment with a good understanding of product life cycle from conception to obsolescence.

⦁ Prefer 3+ years experience in a Quality Assurance and Manufacturing environment.
⦁ Six Sigma, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies is a plus.Travel Requirements
