- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team
- Manage incoming correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone inquiries
- Prepare and format a variety of documents, reports, and communications
- Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and reference materials
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Track and maintain confidential records, reports, and internal data
- Support basic budgeting processes, including invoice tracking and coding
- Order and manage office supplies and resources
- Conduct research and compile information to support team initiatives
- Completion of post-secondary education in administration (or related field)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
