- Own and manage the relationship between Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Infor Visual ERP, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow
- Define how business information should move between systems and identify integration gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
- Act as the internal authority on business systems logic, dependencies, and data governance
- Support a configurable, manufacturing-driven product environment that challenges legacy ERP capabilities
- Lead analysis and solution design for the current Salesforce CPQ to ERP integration pain point
- Translate business process maps into executable system changes and prioritized improvement initiatives
- Build, optimize, or oversee reports and dashboards to improve operational, sales, and financial visibility
- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and leadership to align systems with real-world workflows
- Serve as the primary liaison to external vendors and consultants, critically evaluating recommendations and managing competing interests
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources to ensure long-term system adoption and resilience
- 510+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable)
- ERP system experience (Infor Visual ERP preferred, but not required)
- Salesforce experience, including exposure to Salesforce CPQ
- Demonstrated experience with ERPCRM integration and system data flows
- Strong understanding of business processes, execution, and change enablement
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to work diplomatically with experienced, opinionated stakeholders
- The ability to operate independently without a large internal team, balancing priorities and personalities effectively
- The discussed salary range is $120,000 $160,000+, depending on experience
