- Analyze and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Develop functional designs, business process flows, and quality assurance plans to support enterprise system implementation.
- Partner with project sponsors and external vendors to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Coordinate and lead testing efforts, including AB testing, to validate system functionality and performance.
- Utilize Atlassian Jira and other tools to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.
- Support the agile development process by contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents and ensure accurate communication of project scope.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support for users of enterprise systems.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and business process functions.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and AB testing.
- Ability to conduct gap analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in creating comprehensive business requirement documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with claim administration and enterprise system implementation processes.
