- Manage the creation, processing, and monitoring of purchase orders (PO) for goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate procurement needs and timelines.
- Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices for timely payments.
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
- Support budget tracking and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, financial operations, or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with invoice processing systems (e.g., Service Now). Experience with Concur platform is an asset.
