Your key responsibilities will include, among others:
- Welcoming new employees and supporting their onboarding process;
- Helping coordinate various events and training sessions;
- Contributing to workforce planning based on organizational needs;
- Implementing strategies related to the full recruitment cycle (job postings, application screening, interviews);
- Act as a resource person for candidates, managers, and other stakeholders;
- Preparing, reviewing, and following up on HR‑related documents, reports, and communications;
- Actively supporting a culture that enhances the employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other relevant field;
- Experience in a similar role or in recruitment;
- Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ease working with various digital platforms;
- Dynamic, with strong judgment, problem‑solving abilities, and effective time management;
- Autonomy, professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities.
