Your key responsibilities will include, among others:
  • Welcoming new employees and supporting their onboarding process;
  • Helping coordinate various events and training sessions;
  • Contributing to workforce planning based on organizational needs;
  • Implementing strategies related to the full recruitment cycle (job postings, application screening, interviews);
  • Act as a resource person for candidates, managers, and other stakeholders;
  • Preparing, reviewing, and following up on HR‑related documents, reports, and communications;
  • Actively supporting a culture that enhances the employee experience, engagement, and retention.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or any other relevant field;
  • Experience in a similar role or in recruitment;
  • Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ease working with various digital platforms;
  • Dynamic, with strong judgment, problem‑solving abilities, and effective time management;
  • Autonomy, professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities.
