- Lead relationships for a portfolio of priority defence OEM accounts with clear account ownership and disciplined client zipper planning.
- Act as the single point of integration, connecting OEM stakeholders with the appropriate AtkinsRéalis technical experts and delivery teams.
- Build and sustain multi‑level relationships across engineering, programs, supply chain, quality, and sustainment functions.
- Advise on OEM objectives, platform roadmaps, certification and airworthiness requirements, and production and sustainment constraints.
- Represent AtkinsRéalis at OEM supplier days and relevant defence industry forums.
- Own and execute account growth plans aligned with Global Growth Office practices and regional priorities.
- Translate OEM platform strategies and program priorities into a qualified and actionable opportunity pipeline.
- Grow share of wallet through cross‑selling and coordinated team assembly across practices and geographies.
- Lead capture and win strategies for OEM opportunities across development, production, upgrades, and sustainment.
- Partner with capture and proposal teams through gated pursuits, including bid/no‑bid decisions and competitive positioning.
- Maintain market intelligence on OEM strategies, supply chain dynamics, competitors, and partners to inform pursuit decisions.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM reporting for designated defence OEM accounts.
- Coordinate account coverage across practices and geographies and align growth, capture, and delivery teams.
- Run regular account reviews and communicate priorities, risks, and performance to leadership.
- Ensure a consistently high‑quality customer experience that supports long‑term partnerships and repeat business.
- Ability to lead strategic accounts and build resilient, multi‑threaded executive relationships.
- Aptitude for translating client objectives into growth strategies and winning pursuit plans.
- Proficiency in capture management, opportunity qualification, and pipeline governance.
- Ability to collaborate across matrixed organizations and ensure continuity of account coverage.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in business development, account leadership, or capture roles with defence OEMs or complex industrial clients.
- Experience within a professional services organization supporting aerospace, defence, or complex industrial environments.
- Familiarity with defence procurement environments, OEM supplier qualification processes, and contracting vehicles.
- Military experience, including exposure to operations or sustainment, is an asset.
- MBA or strong proficiency with CRM and sales tools is an asset.
