- Lead client relationships across Ontario DCC defence infrastructure stakeholders and CAF ISS communities, including federal real property authorities and military organizations.
- Act as the single point of integration between clients and AtkinsRéalis subject‑matter experts across engineering, program delivery, operations & maintenance, asset management, and sustainment.
- Develop and execute an integrated growth plan balancing Ontario DCC infrastructure pursuits and CAF ISS opportunities, including new awards, extensions, and recompetes.
- Translate federal defence infrastructure investment plans and CAF sustainment priorities into a qualified and actionable opportunity pipeline.
- Lead capture and win strategies for priority pursuits, including stakeholder engagement, competitive positioning, and pricing and commercial approaches.
- Coordinate gated pursuit activities in collaboration with capture and proposal teams, from bid/no‑bid decisions through RFI and RFP responses.
- Build teaming strategies with primes, partners, and SMEs to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Maintain market intelligence on procurement trends, competitors, and partner landscapes to inform pursuit decisions and differentiation strategies.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools and pursuit governance processes.
- Run structured account reviews and provide clear communication on strategy, pipeline, risks, and performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience that supports long‑term partnerships, renewals, and repeat work.
- Ability to lead complex client portfolios and build multi‑level stakeholder relationships within public‑sector and defence environments.
- Aptitude for strategic planning, commercial judgment, and translating client needs into winning solutions.
- Proficiency in capture management, pursuit governance, and proposal development for large infrastructure or services programs.
- Ability to mentor, train, and transition relationships and knowledge to ensure continuity and successor readiness.
- Strong executive communication skills and confidence engaging with senior federal and military stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in business development, account leadership, or capture roles within public‑sector infrastructure, preferably defence.
- Experience within matrixed professional services organizations supporting complex programs.
- Familiarity with Government of Canada and DCC procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
- Experience with CAF operations, ISS programs, or long‑term sustainment and service contracts for complex assets is an asset.
- Engineering background, MBA, and proficiency with CRM and sales tools are considered assets.
