You are particularly responsible for performing office activities efficiently, and you demonstrate team spirit and collaboration by providing administrative support to the members of your team. She or he also performs various administrative tasks and provides support to the team in the area.CHALLENGES TO BE METProvide excellent client service to BDC clients in resolving basic client questions and inform senior levels of complex casesRespond promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential clients by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and practicesPrepare letters to clients and professionals according to the specific process (e.g., letter of intent, letter of offer and mandates to professionals), and/or prepare proposals/contracts for clients ensuring that the information is accurate and entered in our system, that all necessary documents are prepared, that the required conditions and forms are met, signatures are obtained, and follow-up is doneProactively participate in the branch's marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing on-site logistical supportWork in a team environment with other support functions and deliver on completing all administrative tasks that are assigned to the queue systemSupport account managers to help them reach business development targetsManaging stationery orders, organizing catering services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business center.
