- Leadership in governance: Promote an effective governance within the vice-presidency of operations, by planning, coordinating and ssupporting key meetings and activities, including the management of the master plan and key performance indicators.
- Executive communication: Create clear and concise documentation and presentations for the operations management executive team.
- Guide and influence the management team by fostering alignment towards common strategic objectives.
- Collect and analyze multi-site and multifunctional data to support the development and implementation of strategies to build a strong and sustainable organization.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead or support the development of innovative tools and reports to improve data analysis and communication of results and strategic initiatives
- Education: Bachelor's degree in operations management, Administration or related discipline. Master's degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
- Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience in operations management or related discipline. Experience at Bombardier, in the business aircraft or aviation industries is preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills. Assertive, results-oriented, and demonstrated leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a large organization and across multi-sites.
- Communication: Ability to synthesize and present complex information to executives. Discretion in handling highly confidential matters.
