- Lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Finance.
- Support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships.
- Represent the department in internal forums, executive presentations, etc.
- Design and develop high-impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management.
- Recommend strategies that support company objectives; support ad-hoc requirements at department and team levels.
- You have a bachelor's degree or an MBA degree or any equivalent degree
- You have minimum of 5 to 10 years of project management experience, a PMP is an asset.
- You have proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- You have training or experience in Change Management
- You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company
- You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills; you can work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast paced working environment
- You are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem-solving
- You have strong organization/time management skills; you deliver on your commitments
- You demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills; you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
- You can communicate effectively in both English and French
- You have proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
