Location: Lower Mainland, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Lead discovery workshops with technical and business stakeholdersElicit and document detailed system requirements and dependenciesMap Salesforce object relationships and data flowsIdentify integration touchpoints and automation triggersCreate visual artifacts (entity maps, swimlanes, process diagrams)Translate stakeholder input into structured documentationValidate findings and iterate documentation as new impacts are discoveredCollaborate closely with Technical PM, Developers, QA, and ArchitectsSupport testing preparation and validation planningWhat you must have:5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business AnalystStrong experience in Salesforce environmentsExperience working within complex integration ecosystemsDemonstrated experience in discovery-heavy initiativesStrong workshop facilitation skillsExperience creating visual documentation (entity diagrams, process flows, system maps)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesThank you for your interest in this opportunity.
