- Map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes with clarity and precision, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and workarounds
- Partner closely with Technical Product Managers to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements - making sure the “why” is well understood before the “how” is built
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Customer Success, helping align priorities and shape sustainable solutions
- Ensure data flows effectively across systems by documenting dependencies, integrations, and data lineage
- Support discovery sessions, process audits, and solution design to ensure we're solving the right problems
- Facilitate UAT and support business readiness through practical guides and documentation (including “day-in-the-life” workflows)
- Develop and deliver key readiness materials such as impact assessments, process documentation, and training content to support adoption
- Keep documentation current and relevant as processes and systems evolve
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role within an Enterprise Systems or Digital Transformation environment.
- You're familiar with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and HCM systems and how they connect
- You're proficient with tools like Miro, Visio, or Signavio, and comfortable working in Jira/Confluence
- You communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You hold a degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or bring equivalent practical experience
- You naturally think beyond the surface - you understand how actions in one system impact processes downstream
- You're experienced in Business Process Management (BPM) and value clear, well-structured process documentation
- You bring clarity to ambiguity and produce work that is structured, concise, and easy to follow
- You're comfortable working across functions - whether discussing financial processes, sales operations, or HR workflows
