- Experience: 5+ years in customer service and systems analysis in an analyst role or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, SAP).
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of ITIL procedures (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Business Acumen: Broad understanding of finance, work management, inventory, order-to-cash, and customer relationship processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to create process maps, use cases, system flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to define and document requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise applications.
- Lead incident root cause analysis and support ITIL-based change management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other corporate functions.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis and process mapping.

- You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $80,250.00 - $107,000.00.
