If you thrive on analyzing complex challenges, collaborating across teams, and delivering impactful results, this is the role for you!We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources. This is an on-site position, and remote work is not currently available.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in customer service and systems analysis in an analyst role or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, SAP).
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of ITIL procedures (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Business Acumen: Broad understanding of finance, work management, inventory, order-to-cash, and customer relationship processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to create process maps, use cases, system flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to define and document requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise applications.
  • Lead incident root cause analysis and support ITIL-based change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other corporate functions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis and process mapping.
