- Provide senior leadership and platform stewardship across the CRM & AO ecosystem, with Salesforce + nCino as the anchor platform capability.
- Provide technical leadership for our enterprise CRM and Lending program, focused on the full implementation and adoption of Salesforce across business lines
- Ensure predictable delivery through strong SDLC / DevOps discipline, release governance, quality gates, and operational readiness.
- Establish an operating model and team structure, integrated into existing enterprise systems, to support current implementation needs, with an eye to long-term operations
- Support value realization through clear KPI/benefits tracking, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in close partnership with business stakeholders
- Curate and manage an eco-system of partners to draw on on-demand expertise and balance in-house needs versus cost/operational efficiency
- Establish and run a durable operating model across CRM & AO: decision rights, standards, design authority, and release readiness.
- Build trusted peer relationships and act as a strategic partner across lines of business and technology.
- Manage and optimize vendor and partner performance (e.g., Salesforce/nCino partners, adjacent ecosystem partners), including SOWs, service expectations, and outcomes.
- Sponsor platform solution architecture and design standards across Salesforce/nCino and the broader ecosystem to ensure scalability, auditability, security, and compliance.
- Balance speed and control ensuring regulatory, data, and operational risk expectations are met while improving cycle time and delivery throughput.
- Lead and develop leaders across delivery and operations; build internal bench strength augmented by an ecosystem of partners
- Shape a blended resourcing model (internal + partners) that increases throughput while maintaining accountability, quality, and sustainability.
- Build an internal/external talent pipeline for Salesforce and nCino expertise.
- The successful completion of remaining Salesforce/Ncino program phases, resulting in the full implementation across targeted business lines
- Roadmap predictability, cycle time, throughput, and planned vs unplanned work ratio
- Change quality (defect escape rate, change failure rate), stability, and incident trends
- Capacity & efficiency measures tied to onboarding/origination/CRM outcomes
- Governance performance (time-to-triage, decision turnaround, stakeholder satisfaction)
- Total cost of ownership (as a % of clients and revenue)
- Significant senior leadership experience owning enterprise CRM / origination platforms, including leading leaders/managers.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform strategy, governance, and delivery in a complex environment (multi-team, high change volume, strong controls).
- Meaningful nCino experience (implementation and/or ongoing product/platform ownership), with understanding of lending/origination workflows and control expectations.
- Strong track record establishing operating models: intake/prioritization, portfolio management, architecture/design governance, QA/release management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience modernizing legacy CRM/AO enterprise platforms, with a view to transition and retire
- Familiarity with adjacent tools supporting onboarding/origination/servicing (e.g., digital onboarding, broker lending portals, document/e-sign, workflow/orchestration tools).
- Financial services / banking experience and comfort operating within regulatory, audit, and security expectations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to senior audiences and influence prioritization and investment decisions.
- Proven vendor/partner management experience (SOW negotiation, managed services governance, performance accountability).
- Strong systems thinking, delivery rigor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
