- Pay: $85,000–$90,000 + Commission
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow commercial accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across office buildings, retail, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals
- Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare customized proposals
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
- Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience (commercial services preferred)
- Background in window cleaning, janitorial, or property maintenance is an asset
- Proven ability to close medium-to-large commercial contracts
- Experience working with property and facility managers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
