This role provides targeted SAP enablement to help users develop foundational SAP literacy before formal EGQ SAP solution training.The goal is to build comfort and confidence navigating SAP GUI across key IS-U processes—CRM, Device Management, Billing, FICA—and using SAP standard reports, ensuring users are UAT-ready and effective during testing.Role Objective
- Enable UAT business users to develop foundational SAP literacy.
- Ensure familiarity with SAP interface, navigation, and system interactions.
- Provide support to enhance user confidence prior to formal SAP training.
- Build and deliver structured training for groups up to ~20 participants covering:
- SAP GUI for Windows and SAP Fiori (logon, menus, toolbar, tabs, ALV grids, variants, search/help, personalization).
- Navigation & Productivity: T codes, fast paths, favorites, status bar messages, error handling, field help (F1/F4), printing/export to Excel.
- Reports & Inquiry: Running standard queries/reports, ALV sorting/filters/subtotals, saving layouts/variants.
- IS-U Context Awareness: Understanding screens, key fields, and common functions from an end-user perspective.
- Conduct hands-on walkthroughs aligned with UAT scenarios.
- Facilitate Q&A clinics and provide 1:1 coaching as needed.
- Establish readiness plan to bring users from “SAP 101” to UAT-ready basics.
- Create job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs), checklists, tip sheets, and short videos.
- Track attendance, questions, and user progress; maintain FAQ and known issues list.
- Partner with SAP functional teams (Device Management, CRM, FI-CA, Billing, Reporting) to clarify solution specifics.
- Review BPDs and Functional Specs to reflect solution context in training exercises.
- Align with Project Training Lead to confirm scope boundaries and contribute to SAP 101 modules.
- Provide weekly status updates on progress, risks, blockers, and user feedback.
- Act as the first point of contact for SAP navigation and system-related queries.
- Triage and route solution-specific questions to appropriate functional owners and ensure closure.
- Pre-UAT SAP Readiness Plan (curriculum, schedule, topics, logistics)
- Training Materials & Collateral (slide decks, QRGs, job aids, FAQs, videos)
- Session Delivery (attendance logs, recordings where permitted)
- Office Hours / Q&A Clinics (schedule, questions log, resolutions)
- Readiness Tracking Dashboard (attendance, engagement, self-assessment/quiz results)
- Weekly Status Reports (progress, risks/issues, actions, decisions required)
- Handover Package for Training Lead (artifacts, FAQs, observed gaps for formal training)
- Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U: Device Management, CRM, FI-CA, Billing/Invoicing, and basic reporting.
- Ability to independently navigate SAP GUI, run reports/ALV, demonstrate T codes, create variants, and explain screens/end-user impacts.
- 3–5+ years delivering end-user enablement, foundation training, or UAT readiness coaching in SAP contexts.
- Proven ability to design and deliver hands-on small group sessions and create practical job aids.
- Self-starter, highly organized, attention to detail, strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
- English fluency required; French highly desirable.
- Access to SAP IS-U training environment and required user roles.
- Access to BPDs, Functional Specs, and relevant solution documentation.
- List of UAT business users and assigned business areas.
- Coordination with Project Training Lead and SAP Functional Teams.
