- Support the Project Manager with on-site construction activities and overall project coordination
- Prepare, organize, and maintain complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Set up project folders, templates, and required documentation during project start-up
- Maintain and manage project folders and records on the shared server and document control systems
- Track, log, and manage project documentation, including RFIs, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure drawing and report folders are current and distribute updates as required
- Assist with the preparation, tracking, and administration of change notices and subsequent change orders
- Schedule, attend, and document minutes for project meetings and conference calls
- Generate, log, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up as required
- Prepare Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and Quality Assurance documentation for internal review and client submission
- Track and report site hours worked by employees in accordance with EPSCA and project-specific reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices
- Technical college diploma, engineering degree, or a combination of technical training and relevant industry experience
- 3 or more years of experience in the civil or electrical utility sector is preferred
- Solid understanding of estimating, project forecasting, and change management principles
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource balancing across projects of varying size and complexity
- Proven ability to resolve project issues with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to foster cooperation across departments and teams
- Comfortable working in both office and field or site environments
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project Experience with Hard Dollar and SAP is considered an asset
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
