JOB SUMMARY
To provide administrative support for the Patient Support Services (PSS) for all Bayshore contracted pharmaceutical products and services.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To monitor all incoming faxes for all PSS programs and triage them to the appropriate subfolder.
  • To upload medical clarifications/ATIs into CRM and forward to the appropriate people.
  • To forward all Reimbursement documents/Copay receipts to the SPOC/RS pertaining to the patient record.
  • To provide other ongoing support to the Intake Specialists and staff in the Pharmaceutical Services Department as needed.
  • To maintain up to date files and records in CRM.
  • To track specific data and information for pharmaceutical companies as requested.
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/external continuing education activities.
  • Adherent to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  • Participating in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Participate in proactive Health and Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health and Safety risks or concerns.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
  • Complete other tasks as requested.
  • Employees will report and document Adverse Events and Product Complaints as for Pharmacovigilance requirement training that is appropriate to their hired role. This training will be required at time of hire and annually. With this knowledge the employee will perform the work as required by their assigned function and will be provided with regular updates as required.
  • Other duties as delegated by the Manager
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
  • University/ College education or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years of recent experience in customer service role
  • Experience with Client Management Software.
  • Experience in a Health Care environment.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and solve problems in a rapid fashion.
  • Client focused.
  • Strong IT knowledge and aptitude.
  • Additional languages are a definite asset.
