- Responsible for investigating missing sales information and processing adjustments to support reconciliation of store sales within sales audit system; includes researching various tenders e.g. cash, debit, credit, SVC, government vouchers.
- Reconcile third-party gift cards, reports on adjustments required, identifies files not or updated in the SVC (Store Value Card) database; audits exception reports to ensure adjustments within SVC portal are reasonable and valid for fraud avoidance.
- Responsible for verifying daily debit and credit adjustments to ensure customers’ accounts are accurately charged or credited; noting adjustments in sales audit system and to Cash Accounting.
- Supports store implementations/store sales initiatives and identifies potential issues and impact that require attention by Management, Systems; includes walk through and follow up (e.g. Sales Audit System, POS, Missing Sales).
- Minimum one (1) year in related work experience in accounting operations e.g. accounts receivables/payables, retail cash office.
- Good computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel with ability to interpret and manipulate large data; OnDemand and Monarch application experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
- Customer service/support skills including effectively and efficiently responding to business inquiries; identifying customer needs, building relationships with internal and external partners.
