What's the Job?Location: On-site at University of Ottawa
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.10/hourKey Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for all print production and communication needs.
  • Understand client goals to deliver innovative, value-added solutions.
  • Recommend cost-effective products and optimal production methods.
  • Ensure high-quality document output and efficient production.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage external supplier relationships and negotiate costs/delivery timelines.
  • Oversee project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure accurate vendor invoicing and client billing.
  • Support front counter operations including order intake and student transactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and offset printing processes.
  • Experience in print production, project management, and client account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
