- Leading a multi-disciplinary team with the preparation of designs, design reviews, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.
- Overseeing scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and inspection.
- Managing projects from concept through design and construction.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Delivering projects on budget and schedule.
- Mentoring and coaching engineers and technologists.
- Building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
- Fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA (or eligible).
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in transportation.
- Proven expertise in alternative delivery projects (Design-Build, P3, Owner’s Engineer).
- Strong project management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s licence.
