- Manage all inbound inquiries and follow-ups with a high level of urgency and attention to detail.
- Be confident in receiving and making a large number of calls on a daily basis to follow up on leads and ensure opportunities are successfully closed.
- Negotiate terms and manage objections effectively to win business.
- Track all bookings through internal management systems to ensure up-to-date billing and record keeping.
- Understand the nuances and requirements of booking storage solutions to ensure clients are given the right booking to meet their needs.
- Several years of experience in sales, with proven experience in the storage industry, are considered a major asset.
- Experience closing a high volume of transactions over the phone and virtually over email.
- Detail-focused and relationship-driven approach to sales, with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients.
- French language skills are considered an asset for this role, but are not a requirement.
- Proven quota attainment and the ability to close a high volume of inbound leads.
