- Write, edit and format various documents and reports (excel and word)
- Invoicing (review hours worked, expenses and any other charges related to services performed)
- Prepare and mass-mail reports/invoices/communications
- Create various computer documents for management and administration
- Creation and follow-up of purchase orders
- Assist in coding incoming invoices and enter them into accounting software
- Process and update database
- Occasionally fill in at reception
- Photocopy and manage files
- Perform any other tasks related to administrative support
- Experience in a similar administrative position
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) at an advanced level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and good management of priorities
- DEC or DEP in administration (desirable)
