Job Description:FUNCTIONS :
  • Write, edit and format various documents and reports (excel and word)
  • Invoicing (review hours worked, expenses and any other charges related to services performed)
  • Prepare and mass-mail reports/invoices/communications
  • Create various computer documents for management and administration
  • Creation and follow-up of purchase orders
  • Assist in coding incoming invoices and enter them into accounting software
  • Process and update database
  • Occasionally fill in at reception
  • Photocopy and manage files
  • Perform any other tasks related to administrative support
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Experience in a similar administrative position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) at an advanced level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and good management of priorities
  • DEC or DEP in administration (desirable)
