Our client in York Region is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing talent pipelines, and supporting hiring managers in attracting and hiring top talent across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (corporate, technical, operational, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channelsScreen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedulesMaintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsPrepare and post job advertisements and recruitment marketing materialsSupport offer negotiation and onboarding processesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processQualifications & Requirements

2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Experience working with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines and hiring workflows

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
